Our restaurant is located in what used to be the estate’s old stables. Today, it’s an intimate, serene dining room full of character. Our culinary approach and wine pairings follow the same philosophy: cuisine made slowly, using local ingredients, deeply rooted in the land.
Our dishes celebrate local traditions while daring to travel, inspired by global flavors without losing the essence of Lanzarote. Each plate is designed in dialogue with wine—unique wines born from resilient vines, grown between volcanic rock and Atlantic breezes, with centuries of tradition behind them.
We’re talking about EL GRIFO—the oldest winery in the Canary Islands, and part of our family, with over 250 years of winemaking history. A dinner at our restaurant isn’t just how you end the day—it’s another way to keep exploring.
