Formerly known as Caserío de Mozaga, this charming hotel stands out for its traditional Canarian architecture and is surrounded by over 10,000 m² of land that has witnessed countless memories—many of them rooted in wine, its heroic cultivation, and the unique customs that define this land.
For years, while the family lived in this architectural gem, every corner told a story. Each room and decorative object holds the essence of past generations who made this place their home. The estate was always the thread that connected the family to the world of wine.
In 1998, after a meticulous restoration, the owners opened the doors to share their home, turning it into a one-of-a-kind boutique hotel—seamlessly blending the charm of the old with the comfort of the new.
In 2024, Caserío de Mozaga joined the El Grifo Winery family. This exciting moment marked a shift—not just offering a comfortable refuge for travelers, but crafting a more immersive experience rooted in the world of wine.
In 2025, as part of our full integration with the winery, we embraced a new identity—becoming Hotel El Grifo. This rebranding comes with a roadmap to enhance our facilities and services, all designed to make your stay with us unforgettable.
We aim to offer guests a one-of-a-kind experience that celebrates everything about wine culture: from tastings that awaken your senses to vineyard tours that connect you with the extraordinary land where one of the world’s most unique wines is born.
