Keys
When you check in, we will give you a key ring containing:
- The remote control for parking.
- A key to the room that has been assigned to you.
- The living room is secured by an electronic code lock, the code for which we will provide upon your arrival at the hotel.

Breakfast
Start your day with a delicious buffet breakfast, overlooking a very special sunrise. You will find a variety of seasonal fruit, breads, pastries, yoghurts and also a small menu of hot options to choose from.

Breakfast is served from 8.00 am to 10.00 am every day.
Restaurant
We recommend you try the cuisine at our El Grifo Restaurant. Open Tuesday to Saturday from 1.30 pm to 10.30 pm (last booking at 9.00 pm), it will delight you with the finest flavours our island has to offer, paired with wines from Bodegas El Grifo. Reconocida bodega con más de 250 años de historia.

El Patio Gastro Bar
At Hotel El Grifo, we’re launching a new dining area and we’d like to celebrate with you. EL PATIO Gastro Bar is open daily from 12:00 to 14:00, serving a variety of appetisers paired with an excellent selection of wines from Bodega El Grifo that capture the essence and flavour of our island.
Bring El Grifo into your home
You can also take home the wine you enjoyed so much. Get in touch with our team and you can purchase your selection of favourite wines. If you prefer, we can send them directly to your home. Just ask us – we’ll help you keep Lanzarote in your life.
Living room
You are welcome to use the living room in our farmhouse. There you will find information about the island and a small library with a selection of books that, if you enjoy reading, you will surely find very appealing.
In addition, you will have access to a self-service tea and/or coffee station at no additional cost, allowing you to enjoy the warmth of this room in complete tranquillity.
Room
If you have any questions about how any of the items in your room work, take a look at the following tips:
Heating:
- Connect the plug and switch located at the rear.
- Press the X button
- Press the (up arrow) or (down arrow) button simultaneously, and the display will flash.
- Press (up arrow) or (down arrow) to set the desired temperature. After 5 seconds, the temperature will be confirmed.
TV:
- To switch from satellite to local programmes, press the ATV/DTV button.
Dehumidifier:
- You can deactivate it at any time you wish.
Cleaning
We will clean your room daily. This cleaning includes changing towels. Sheets will be changed every 3 days.
If on any day during your stay you would prefer not to have this cleaning or towel/sheet change, please inform our team.
To request a change of towels, please leave them on the bathroom floor so that our cleaning team can replace them.
Laundry
If you need to wash any items of clothing, we offer this service for an additional fee. Please contact our team to arrange this.
- Washing a small item: €1.50
- Washing a large item: €3
